The Garland Youth Council’s Teens in the Drivers Seat Committee will meet on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at 3:15 p.m. in the Public Information Office on the fourth floor of Garland City Hall, 200 N. Fifth Street.

b.      logistics for prize drawings & school support contest
c.      update on size & format of event
