Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Garland Youth Council of the City of Garland, Texas, will be held at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, in the Public Information Office on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Fifth Street, Garland, Texas.

1. Approval of Minutes from May 1, 2007 Meeting
2. Recap of 2006-07 Activities
Discussion of activities and ideas for improvements.
3. Preview of 2007-08 Activities
Discuss preliminary calendar for next year, pending approval by the new incoming GYC appointees.
4. Induction and Orientation of 2007-08 Youth Council
Discuss plans for a get-acquainted event for incoming Youth Council appointees and installation ceremony.
