Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Garland Youth Council of the City of Garland, Texas, will be held at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at Holford Recreation Center, 2314 Homestead Place, Garland, Texas.

1. GYC Business Items
a. Summer meeting schedule
b. SS4 Event participation
2. GYC Overview, Application Process & Purpose Update, Input from Youth
3. Teens in the Drivers Seat Update
4. Citizen Comments
Youth are encouraged to give their input on issues in the City that impact them and offer suggestions about how to address these issues. Youth Council members cannot respond to issues that are not posted on the agenda according to the Texas Opens Meetings Act.
